FFL Disclaimer:
Iron Horse Firearms can only ship firearms to valid Federal Firearms License holders. Your local gun shop, range, and even pawn shop are some examples of FFL holders. Once the firearm arrives, you can pick up the gun from the location you select at checkout, and they will take you through the necessary background check process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
NO Cancellations.
Please place your order carefully, Iron Horse Firearms does not allow order cancellations.
If you refuse to accept delivery of an order that you placed, then we must charge you the full cost of shipping plus a restocking fee equal to 10% of the value of my order. In this instance, the “full cost of shipping" is the cost to ship from our warehouse to your house, plus the cost to ship back to our warehouse (cost to ship back is the same cost as initial shipping). You will receive back the remainder of your original payment (minus shipping and restocking amounts, as explained above) as a store credit. You will not receive a refund.
Damaged or Missing Product
By placing an order with our website, you agree that once your order has been delivered to the shipping address, you are solely responsible for it. Moreover, we cannot guarantee that the carrier you selected will not lose or damage your product in transit.
RETURN POLICY
Sometimes things just happen and our customers receive product that is damaged or defective (usually due to the carrier). We recognize this and we are here to help. If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact our office as soon as you can. All contact must be made within 15 days of your order date. If our office is made aware of damaged or defective product within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date the product was ordered, you will be afforded a full refund, a full store credit, or a free replacement of the defective or damaged product (note that the product must be defective or damaged as inspected by our warehouse team upon return, and note that our office reserves the right to either refund your money, provide a store credit, or replace the product at our discretion). We do our best to make sure that everyone is treated fairly, so just let us know if an issue arises.

SHIPPING
Non Firearm orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. Firearms ship within 48 hours of us receiving the FFL information for that order.
We do not ship outside the lower forty-eight states. When you purchase an order from us, you acknowledge that if fulfilled, your order will not cause Iron Horse Firearms to violate any federal, state, or local law or ordinance. Also, you agree to not submit orders for ATF controlled items where your shipping address is in California, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other area where such a transaction or delivery is prohibited by any law or ordinance. If you live in Connecticut, Illinois, New York State, or New Jersey, we can ship to you if you provide the required permits or certificates prior to making your purchase. We ONLY ship firearms to Federal Firearms License holders (Ex: local gun shops, pawn shops, etc.)
